prawns rangoos deviled eggs

Ingredients Method

6 Pace Farm eggs

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cream cheese (I used whipped cream cheese)
1 6 oz can prawn
1/4 cup sliced green onions
salt and pepper to taste
sriracha to taste
squeeze of lemon
sliced green onions to garnish

  1. Boil the eggs in a large pan of water over high height for 10mins.

  2. Run the eggs under cool water, peel off the shell and cut each egg in half.

  3. Separate the yolks into a small bowl

  4. Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions and prawns in with the egg yolks.

  5. Season with salt and pepper

  6. Add the yolk mixture to fill the egg halves and top with sliced green onion.
