Ingredients Method

1 cup self-raising flour

1 cup soft brown sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 cup coconut

1 cup rolled oats

1 Pace Farm egg

1 cup milk

1 cup apple grated

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.

  2. Sift the sugar, cinnamon and flour.

  3. Add the oats and coconut.

  4. Mix the apple and mile in a bowl.

  5. Make a hollow in the mixture and pour in the milk and apple mixture.

  6. Mix well until fully combined.

  7. Transfer to a non-stick muffin tray and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
